TEST YOUR EYESIGHT

Self testing - MACULA DEGENERATION

Instructions:

1. Cover one eye and look at the dot in the center of the net.
2. In case the lines around the dot are curved (as below) you might have trouble with the macula. Contact your eye specialist immediately.

3. Repeat the test daily.

EYESIGHT SHARPNESS TEST

1. Keep on your glasses in case of farsightedness.
2. Sit at the monitor level at 3 meters distance.
3. Test one eye at the time, and make sure the other eye is covered.
4. Start from the top lines down until you can clearly recognize the letters. Write down your eyesight sharpness level (the measure is specified at the end of each line)
